Project description

This machine fills diffusers at a rate of 110 to 150 bpm and then performs a hydrofluoric check on the air flow in each unit, to guarantee the quality of the nailing.

This is a continuous rotating machine, with movements driven by an electric reducer motor and mechanical cams. 

It is designed to be able to assemble three different diffuser models and two bus models. It has also been built to be able to feed and control two models of diffusers mounted on other machines and in this case, for use as a filling control machine.
