Intermittent mechanical machine

This machine was built to assemble two components. In this case, it assembles caps and interiors, at a rate of between 105 bpm and 130 bpm.

This is a completely mechanical device, with movements made by an electric reducer motor and mechanical cams.

The components of the machine are: cap feeder, interior feeder, quality control by artificial vision and selective extraction.
